Marigo has been working as a management consultant to industry and government for over 20 years specialising in business strategy and organizational development for both the public and private sector. She is also an advisor to several Australian digital start-up companies including enterprise gamification platform provider, WooBoard. Marigo served at the Festival Program Director at the New York Games for Change Festival in June 2012.
Marigo has been working with facilitating business innovation and productivity by using the tools of engagement that are fundamental to game design and game dynamics. Marigo is now augmenting her industrial research with doctoral research at RMIT’s GEElab on applying gamification and game thinking to enterprise applications.
